1/18th BIA event "To Green or Not to Green" - home builders assoc. for Phila.

To all who came to our DVGBC Residential Circle this week, this is the event I mentioned with the Building Industry Assocation (home builders association equivalent for the city).  

Jan. 18th @ Navy Yard, 2-5pm, followed by happy hr.  Several high level speakers including panel moderated by DVGBC ED Janet Milkman on "Incentives, Appraisals, and Financing" of green homes.  http://www.biaofphiladelphia.com/pdf/ToGreenFlyer2012.pdf

The BIA is giving us DVGBC members the member rate of $50 if you preregister.  It doesn't mention it on the flyer but BIA events usually include open bar and food in the price.
