Children's Hospital of Philadelphia
For over 150 years the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) has been a leader in pediatric care, focused on patient satisfaction and quality of care. Collin O'Mara, Delaware DNREC Secretary
As Secretary of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, O'Mara's goal was to develop a new strategy for environmental protection—one that would combine consistent regulatory enforcement with policies and programs to seize the economic opportunities presented from the greening of the economy. This commitment has blossomed into projects like the “Green for Green” rebate program, which provides homeowners with rebates of $3,000 - $6,000 towards the costs of newly constructed green homes and progressive recycling legislation. Philadelphia Water Department
The Philadelphia Water Department is at the forefront of the Mayor’s efforts to make Philadelphia “the greenest city in the country.” With the PA DEP approval of its $2 billion “Green City, Clean Waters” action plan, the PWD will make fundamental changes to the city’s stormwater infrastructure over the next 25 years and save the city from having to invest in a $6 billion collector pipe for stormwater. Revolution Recovery
Avi Golen and Jon Wybar are the founders and co-owners of Revolution Recovery, a construction and demolition waste recycling company incorporated in 2004.
