As managing principal of WRT, Joe sets the strategic direction and oversees the operations of the firm. Joe has more than 20 years of experience as an architect. His project work includes the design and management of a wide range of public and residential buildings, both new and renovated. He has a particular interest in heritage-related work and has served as project director for many of WRT's historic and renovation projects, including museums, libraries, and educational facilities.

Chris Minnich, LEED-AP, is a Sustainability Analyst for Re:Vision Architecture, a deep green architecture and sustainability consulting firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Berkeley, CA. In addition to leading diverse teams and project types through LEED certification that results in greener buildings and operations, Chris develops innovative processes and tools that support all of the projects at Re:Vision. Chris has 10 years of experience in R&D Engineering and is a graduate of Philadelphia University’s Masters of Science in Sustainable Design program. Chris first got involved with the DVGBC through the Emerging Professionals committee and has led efforts as a Board member in both Governance and Branch strategy.

She has designed a wide variety of architectural projects for universities, hospitals and healthcare providers, and corporations throughout the region, with a particular focus on technologically-sophisticated laboratory and clean room environments. She currently serves as the chair of the DVGBC Lehigh Valley Branch.

Christa is a registered architect in Pennsylvania as well as her native Germany. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Drexel University and a Diplom Engineer in Architecture from the University of Paderborn, Germany.

Mary is a Principal, lighting designer, electrical engineer, and energy manager with EwingCole, a national leader in architecture, engineering, interior design, planning and sustainable design. Mary is also a Board Member of the Charter High School for Architecture and Design, a Board Member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Philadelphia Section, and is active in the Association of Energy Engineers. Mary’s presentations have included: “Intergrating Daylight Harvesting and Lighting Systems in New and Existing Buildings” at Lightfair International 2010; “Exceptional LEED Case Studies – Diverse Expertise inspires High-Performance Lighting” at Lightfair International 2009; ‘5 Steps to Daylighting Systems Integration’, Globalcon 2005. Mary has published several articles including: ”Six Strategies for Energy Savings in Community Cancer Centers," Oncology Today June 2010 and “Daylight on Display," Lighting Design + Application, February 2008 and has received numerous IES lighting awards for her projects.

Matt Dugan, President, DVL Automation, has developed low cost Measurement & Verification (M&V) tools for LEED requirements utilizing Building Automation System (BAS) monitoring of HVAC equipment on point of uses basis rather than collective meters, and optimized a LEED-NC Gold project to achieve HVAC energy cost 32% lower than design target by utilizing remote monitoring & diagnostics from 2000 miles away. He has been an HVAC collaborator on LEED projects: 9-NC, 11-CS, 14-CI, & 3-EB, a total of 17 complete to date with 10 Silver, 4 Gold, & 3 Platinum. Matt has developed a  Network Operations Center(NOC) to support LEED projects nationally with Failure Detection & Diagnosis (FD&D) support for any energy use inconsistent with M&V plans, and has orchestrated use of BAS virtual metering and temperature control to shape building electrical loads to meet predefined load profile required for block & index pricing models and Integrated Wireless Building Automation System (BAS) with Cloud based support & diagnostic services for integrated sustainable projects.

Her practice includes green building, sustainability, alternative energy, permitting, due diligence, brownfield redevelopment, water and waste compliance, spill response, and site remediation. Ms. Gotanda is a LEED® Accredited Professional. She serves as Chair of the Radnor Township Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) and is a founder and Director Emeritus of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals of Greater Philadelphia (SWEP). Brad A. Molotsky is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Brandywine Realty Trust--a NYSE listed, real estate investment trust.  Mr. Molotsky joined Brandywine as General Counsel and Secretary in October 1997.  Prior to joining Brandywine, he was a commercial transactions attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a member of NAREIT and serves as the Vice Chair of the Real Estate Roundtable’s Sustainability Taskforce. Marla Thalheimer was named Liberty’s first Sustainability Manager in 2008 and is responsible for implementation of Liberty’s Corporate Strategic Plan as it relates to integrating sustainable practices throughout the organization.
