Completed in 2009, the 89,700 sf, four-story LEED Gold certified Floral Vale office building was tightly designed to reduce the amount of building materials required while improving energy efficiency (28% energy saving design).Stormwater is managed through rain gardens and the smart building enables Tenants to monitor and manage their energy usage.
Lehigh Valley Industrial Park and Spillman Farmer Architects have achieved dual LEED Gold certifications for the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park office building and Spillman Farmer Architects’ offices, located in Bethlehem Pennsylvania on the former Bethlehem Steel industrial site (and now the largest privately owned brownfield site in the United States).
This project includes the historic restoration of an 1805 Meeting House and a new community gathering space designed to match the elegant simplicity and durability of the Meeting House. Prior to design, Re:Vision’s due diligence included an energy audit, structural analysis, and archaeological investigation of the existing site and historic Meeting House building. This information formed the basis for a master plan which Re:Vision then executed.
