Wister Education Center and Greenhouse

The Wister Education Center and Greenhouse, designed by Archer & Buchanan Architecture, Ltd. of West Chester, PA, is a sustainably designed facility, LEED GOLD certified by the US Green Building Council. The Wister Center serves the staff and volunteers of The Scott Arboretum of Swarthmore College in their mission "for the encouragement of horticulture in its broadest sense." The state-of-the-art greenhouse provides space for plant propagation, overwintering, cultivation and display.

Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Center for Advanced Healthcare

Allentown, Pennsylvania 18103

As a component of our work at Lehigh Valley Hospital’s Cedar Crest campus, Lehigh Valley Health Network Facilities and Construction in association with VSBA planned, designed, and oversaw construction for the Center for Advanced Health Care, a LEED Silver certified anchor for ambulatory care whose mission is to create a personal, patient-centered and life-affirming experience for the patient. Physicians’ offices, clinical spaces, and other tenants are located here.


HUB - Cira Centre

This conference center and office space is an 11,200 square foot commercial space on the 2nd floor of the Cira Centre. Brandywine Realty Trust developed the land at the Cira Centre as Amtrak focused on improving rail traffic and increasing its commercial retail holdings. The HUB – Cira Centre occupies a portion of the 2nd floor of the Cira Centre.

Kimpton Palomar - Philadelphia

The Kimpton Palomar - Philadelphia is a 156,650 square foot commercial space in Center City, Philadelphia on 17th Street near the Rittenhouse Square area. The commercial space consists of a restaurant, Square 1682, and the Hotel Palomar Philadelphia. The total property area is 6,282 square feet in an urban region with a high density. The building renovations were completed in October 2009 with 25 functional floors.

Colorcon Global Headquarters & Technology Center

Harleysville, Pennsylvania 19438

Sustainability Narrative: Not just another LEED Gold building, Colorcon Global Headquarters and Technology Center provides a cost-effective model of environmental stewardship for suburban office buildings. Rather than dominating the site, the building is knit back into the landscape, creating a multi-ecosystem environment which replicates native Pennsylvania habitats. LEED standards measure environmental performance of the project, and both the design and corporate policies innovatively integrate sustainability into the on-going life of the entire community.
