Floral Vale

Lower Makefield Township, Pennsylvania 19067

Completed in 2009, the 89,700 sf, four-story LEED Gold certified Floral Vale office building was tightly designed to reduce the amount of building materials required while improving energy efficiency (28% energy saving design).Stormwater is managed through rain gardens and the smart building enables Tenants to monitor and manage their energy usage.

Camden Monthly Meeting Social Hall

Camden, Delaware 19934

This project includes the historic restoration of an 1805 Meeting House and a new community gathering space designed to match the elegant simplicity and durability of the Meeting House. Prior to design, Re:Vision’s due diligence included an energy audit, structural analysis, and archaeological investigation of the existing site and historic Meeting House building. This information formed the basis for a master plan which Re:Vision then executed.


Aerzen USA Headquarters

Coatesville, Pennsylvania 19320
Aerzen USA’s LEED Gold Headquarters creates a statement of possibility for manufacturing facilities that are environmentally responsible, worker-friendly, cost competitive, and architecturally significant. The project includes an 8,000 SF office space and 34,000 SF of “lean manufacturing,” and storage areas.

HUB - Cira Centre

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104
This conference center and office space is an 11,200 square foot commercial space on the 2nd floor of the Cira Centre. Brandywine Realty Trust developed the land at the Cira Centre as Amtrak focused on improving rail traffic and increasing its commercial retail holdings. The HUB – Cira Centre occupies a portion of the 2nd floor of the Cira Centre.

Kimpton Palomar - Philadelphia

The Kimpton Palomar - Philadelphia is a 156,650 square foot commercial space in Center City, Philadelphia on 17th Street near the Rittenhouse Square area. The commercial space consists of a restaurant, Square 1682, and the Hotel Palomar Philadelphia. The total property area is 6,282 square feet in an urban region with a high density. The building renovations were completed in October 2009 with 25 functional floors.

Horticulture Center - Morris Arboretum

The Horticulture Center at the University of Pennsylvania's Morris Arboretum is a complex of five structures. Located at the Arboretum's Bloomfield Farm, the project includes offices, vehicle storage, shops for carpentry, equipment maintenance and other "back of house" uses. The layout of the facility includes a "public courtyard" and a "work courtyard" which are arranged to allow safe access to the public facility for visitors, while permitting the daily horticulture activities to proceed easily.


Colorcon Global Headquarters & Technology Center

Sustainability Narrative: Not just another LEED Gold building, Colorcon Global Headquarters and Technology Center provides a cost-effective model of environmental stewardship for suburban office buildings. Rather than dominating the site, the building is knit back into the landscape, creating a multi-ecosystem environment which replicates native Pennsylvania habitats. LEED standards measure environmental performance of the project, and both the design and corporate policies innovatively integrate sustainability into the on-going life of the entire community.
