The 5831 gsf office fit-out features recycled content and regionally-sourced materials. Close collaboration between team members enabled Certification on this design-build project.
Lehigh Valley Industrial Park and Spillman Farmer Architects have achieved dual LEED Gold certifications for the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park office building and Spillman Farmer Architects’ offices, located in Bethlehem Pennsylvania on the former Bethlehem Steel industrial site (and now the largest privately owned brownfield site in the United States).

This 26,000 SF project was the first LEED Gold Certified for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) in the State of Delaware, and was completed by The Norwood Company, in conjunction with Trefoil Properties, Cubellis, and CBRE. As Honda's first LEED certifed office space in America, this project serves as a benchmark for future Honda projects.
The DVGBC Philadelphia Office was LEED Certified for Commercial Interiors on November 17, 2009. It is situated within the historic and centrally located One Penn Center, which has regional rail and bus access within a half mile.
