Dear fellow DVGBC Members,
In an effort to identify the various positions of leadership and the way in which members of the DVGBC transition into positions of leadership from their initial point of entry, we would greatly appreciate your feedback to the following:
1.) If you consider yourself in a position of leadership (and we all are to some extent), what is the leadership path you have taken to become more involved in your professional, personal, and/or DVGBC or USGBC work? For example, how did you start volunteering with DVGBC and USGBC?
2.) How do you see your leadership path and the leadership paths of those around you developing over time?
3.) Was there one particular method or path that was taken by members in your committee that you believe should be a model for others to follow?
Any advice or information you could share regarding this theme of leadership paths would be extremely valuable to the development of the future leaders of DVGBC and the sustainability movement. Sincerest thanks in advance for your attention to this.
Information collected from this survey will be shared with those involved in the USGBC Leadership Academy and with DVGBC.
