Committee on Directors Bylaws review - Feb 22

The Committee on Directors will be meeting this Monday, February 22^nd to continue the Bylaws update effort.  I will be posting the minutes from our meeting on February 8^th which captures the discussion on the sections we initially highlighted at the meeting in January.  We reviewed each section with our legal counsel to determine if we were able to make changes and which would require votes by membership to approve.

This next meeting is very important and will cover the composition of the board and executive committee.  We will be posting other materials from the USGBC on the website for review.  Anyone planning to attend should review all of these materials ahead of time and be able to come to the meeting prepared with suggestions for the potentially revised areas.

The meeting will again be held at the DVGBC offices from 5:30-7:30.
