Energy costs are spiraling due to the cost of fuels on world markets and lifting the caps on electric rates.  For instance, a rate with caps for Philadelphia region electric rates approved by the Pennsylvania PUC is set to expire after 2010.  Oil and natural gas costs are rising dramatically.  There are many cost efficient methods available to reduce energy expenses which can make a dramatic difference in the bottom line for a business, and maybe its survival.

Join us on October 1, 2009 for a panel discussion on this issue moderated by Mark Jewell,  founder and President of Real Winwin.  Mark is a nationally recognized expert in creating value with energy efficiency in landlord/tenant settings.  He helped U.S. EPA create and promote ENERGY STAR for commercial real estate and was a presenter at the 2009 BOMA Annual Conference in Philadelphia.
