Governance Committee Meeting

This meeting is to continue the work already done by the Governance Committee.  At our June Board meeting, we approved many of the recommendations of the committee, and now need to work on how we implement them.

I have scheduled this for a Wednesday, as I have heard from various members that would like to participate but can not make it on a Tuesday.  The committee is open to all Board Members.
