Matthew Dugan , President of DVL Automation, introduces three steps to measured energy savings in new construction and building retrofits.
Donald Milstein, president at EMON, LLC
Program:
Come hear BMS experts discuss Integrated and Unified Operations, Building Energy Profile, Outperforming Other Buildings, Energy Codes, Labeling Programs and Requirements, End-user Awareness.
Poor performance of numerous certified “green” buildings emphasizes the significance of efficient operation of all building systems to reach the objective of integrated design, and meet the challenging building codes that are still being updated. Throughout this presentation, the speaker will draw on different case studies to demonstrate how a building automation system (BAS) can effectively reduce energy use and sustain improved building energy performance while maintaining occupants’ comfort. Attendees will understand factors that are grounds to a building outperforming another, the value of strong sequences of operation, robust BAS, real-time monitoring, data analysis and occupant’s awareness of the building energy profile.
Cost: $25 for DVGBC Members, $35 for Non-Members, $15 for Students
Continuing Ed: This program has been approved for 2 GBCI CE Credit Hours and 2 AIA CE Credits.
