Introduction to Green Building and LEED Standards

Lately, there has been a growing emphasis on environmentally sensitive designs and LEED-Accreditation for engineers. ASCE (in conjunction with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC) is presenting an introduction to Green Building and the LEED standards. The presentation will be on February 25, 2010 from 12:00PM to 1:30PM and will be given by Janet Milkman, Executive Director (DVGBC) and Linda Schultz, Delaware Branch Chair (DVGBC). The presentation will be at the Blue Ball Barn located just off Route 202 in Wilmington (click here for directions) in the Calving Room which is on the first floor.
