Located in King of Prussia, PA, 151 Warner Road is a three story, 95,000 S.F. Class “A” office building currently pursuing a “SILVER” certification from the USGBC. The Liberty Property Trust building was built in 1983 and in need of a complete renovation, “it was tired, obsolete and slated for destruction”. Liberty Property Trust decided instead to gut the building down to the structural steel and fast track a complete overhaul. They took this opportunity to not only upgrade the aesthetics of the building but also to provide a more sustainable environment for future tenants in less than 5 months. One hundred percent of the building is currently leased to a large Financial Services Company.
