This panel discussion addresses the current state of the construction industry and how it needs to improve and adapt to global, environmental and economic challenges. A diverse and prominent panel will discuss several topics, including BIM (Building Information Modeling), lean construction, Integrated Platform Delivery (IPD) and many of the laws related to construction and contracts. Additionally, panelists will discuss the award-winning corporate real estate consortium, Mindshift, Winner of the 2009 CoreNet Global Innovators Award.

Mindshift is new thinking around how and what we are building rather than accepting the results of business as usual. Real change can only come from business owners and executives who refuse to continue paying for a dysfunctional system and demand a new way of doing business.
