This exciting project is a mixed-use development consisting of 146 residential units atop street-level retail on Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts. The concept’s intent is to create a contemporary urban living environment surrounded by pedestrian-friendly spaces. This project is pursuing LEED Certification. During the event, guests will have the opportunity to tour the building and talk with the developers. .
