Rob Sanders, Managing Director of Energy Finance, The Reinvestment Fund (TRF), three new TRF revolving loan funds, funding energy efficiency components of green building

Joe Manko, Partner, Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, will discuss PennVest funding for large development projects

Peter Krajsa, Chairman & CEO, AFC First Financial Corp., will discuss special financing plans for ENERGY STAR® and energy efficiency improvements for homeowners & businesses, including the Keystone Help program, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Special Low Rate, Low Payment Financing Program for Energy Efficiency Home Improvements (which AFC First / Great Bear Bank manage for the Commonwealth).

9:40 - 10:30 AM: Round-robin discussion summarizing what financing options are already available and Q&A.
