Mechanical Systems and LEED – Presented by Paul von Paumgartten, Director of Energy and Environmental Affairs for Johnson Controls and treasurer of the USGBC.

Paul von Paumgartten is the Director for Energy and Environmental Affairs for Johnson Controls and is Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee of the USGBC. He is also co-chairman of the LEED Steering Committee and is on the subcommittee that developed LEED-EB. He is also president of the Board of Directors of the Energy Services Coalition (ESC) and a former board member of the National Association of Energy Services Companies (NAESCO). The DVGBC thanks Johnson Controls, International for their sponsorship of this presentation.

Sandy Wiggins is a Vice President of W.S.Cumby & Sons, Inc., a regional construction management firm. He is a founder and current Chairman of the Board of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council – a Chapter of USGBC and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He also serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania Resource Council, Earth Force, and The Walden School in Media, PA. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, the Project Management Institute and Sales and Marketing Executives International.
