Steve Keppler, a seasoned instructor with technical, project management and green building program experience, will lead you through a full day hands-on workshop.

This workshop will provide you with a practical "how-to" guide to procure or provide the design and green building design development. Attendees will learn specific and detailed approaches to getting green building requirements into project specifications, and how drawings and construction contracts can deliver the desired green building results while minimizing cost, schedule impact, and team
"un-rest."

Workshop attendees will receive:
• Workshop curriculum notebook that includes samples of design scopes of services and specification sections.
• Seven CEUs from AIA
• A Resource CD ROM that includes:
– Green Building Project Development and Management Tool Templates
– Compiled Public Domain Sample Specifications and Technical Resources
