(Drink and cookies provided.) October 7, 2004 Presented by Sandy Wiggins, builder, Vice President of W.S. Cumby & Sons and Chair of the Board of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council. Sandy Wiggins is a Vice President of W.S.Cumby & Sons, Inc., a regional construction management firm. He is a founder and current Chair of the Board of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council; he is a LEED Accredited Professional. He also serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania Resource Council, Earth Force, and The Walden School in Media, PA. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, the Project Management Institute and Sales and Marketing Executives International. October 14, 2004 Presented by Rob Diemer, mechanical engineer, partner at AKF Engineers, LLP and member of the Board of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council Robert Diemer, PE is a partner in the Philadelphia office of AKF Engineers, LLP, a mechanical and electrical engineering consulting firm. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council; he is a LEED Accredited Professional. He volunteers as Chair for the DVGBC Educational Programs committee and has lectured extensively on sustainable design and LEED. Mr. Diemer has over 23 years of experience in the design of building mechanical systems. He has a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State University and is a licensed engineer in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
