EGB Sustainable Design Showcase & Seminar

The Emerging Green Builders (EGB) committee of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC) is organizing an EGB Sustainable Design Showcase & Seminar at the University of Pennsylvania campus. The objective of the event is to provide a green, sustainable design experience and education for a broad range of students and professionals. The event comprises of vendor showcase and a seminar by Dr. Charles J. Kibert, Director & Professor, Powell Center for Construction & Environment at the University of Florida, Gainesville. The event will provide an opportunity to learn about various sustainable building technologies, materials, and methods. Besides, the seminar is included as pre-conference lecture as part of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) lecture series.
Who Should Attend
The target audience of attendees at this event includes university students and working professionals in and around Philadelphia. This includes a range of people who are interested in sustainable design, construction, and environment, but may be novices in this discipline.
