Friday, March 10, 2006 Continuing Ed. Credits: The Delaware Valley Green Building Council, A panel discussion will present lessons learned that may be helpful to building owners planning and constructing other educational buildings. Swarthmore's team will narrate the planning process, including genesis of the client-consultant relationship. The design architects will review the building's salient architectural features and their connection to Swarthmore's priorities. Swarthmore's team will discuss the costs and benefits of LEED certification; the commissioning agent will present a payback analysis for the commissioning.
