Four owners will present their experience with green design and the LEED process. The audience may submit questions in advance; also, attendees are encouraged to bring questions to the event.

Confirmed panelists include:
Brian Berson, Liberty Property Trust (Project Director). Mr. Berson will discuss One Crescent Drive, the recently LEED-CS Platinum certified speculative office building in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. Learn more.

Ari Barkan, residential developer. Mr. Barkan will discuss his conversion of an 6,800 sq ft, 1957 structure facing Ben Franklin Parkway into a multi-level residence with ground-floor commercial space. The project is mid-way through design and is applying to the LEED-H Pilot Program.

Norman Ricker, Haverford College (retired Vice President of Facilities). Mr. Ricker will discuss the new LEED-NC Gold certified Gardner Integrated Athletics Center. (Click here to view the LEED points awarded)
