Join us for a tour and dinner in Delaware! The Wilmington Waterfront is booming and doing it sustainably.
Our first stop is Christina Crescent. This project is a multiparcel brownfield project with a 270,000 square foot, six-story retail/office building and a stand-alone five-story parking garage. The two structures will be joined by a park plaza with a sunken garden (spanned by a stainless steel bridge), elevated planters and lighted seat walls. The project includes a unique stormwater management system to accommodate its riverfront location. Following the tour, a light dinner is being provided by Brightfields Inc.

We will then take the bus for a tour of PFPC
J. Richard Carnall Center, the company’s corporate headquarters that has been awarded a LEED Gold rating. PFPC is a member of the PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., and Tom Severino, Deputy Director and Deputy Manager of Operations for PNC Bank, will speak. Refreshments will follow the tour.
