This new ground-up 4-story, 110,000 SF office building at 330 Fellowship Road on the old NFL Films site will be South Jersey's very first LEED Certified office building. Targeting a LEED Gold Certification, this building will be a part of "Liberty Walk at East Gate", Liberty's corporate office park in South Jersey.

Liberty Property Trust and Meyer Design identified the following Design Considerations.

• Maximize open space
• Manage stormwater run-off
• Promote the use of alternative transportation
• Reduce light pollution

• Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Control
• Low-emitting materials
• Recycling Room and Shower Facilities
• Optimize Mechanical and Electrical Systems
