As Honda's first LEED certifed office space in America, this project serves as a benchmark for future Honda projects. Although the project was not initially slated for LEED Certification, utilizing features such as daylighting, Green Power, alternative transportation, recycled and regional materials, and construction waste management allowed the team to achieve a LEED Gold certification.
