The DVGBC Philadelphia Office was LEED Certified for Commercial Interiors on November 17, 2009. It is situated within the historic and centrally located One Penn Center, which has regional rail and bus access within a half mile. Its main environmental accomplishments were diverting 83% of construction waste from landfills, using 50% of materials and furniture manufactured within a 500 mile radius, creating a 32% lighting power reduction, and allowing 100% of seated spaces to have a view to the outdoors.  As of January 11, 2011, DVGBC is proud to offer an in-office exhibition of their LEED Certification.  To view an online version of their exhibit, click the link below. DVGBC Office Exhibit
