KSK Architects Planners Historians, Inc. provided complete architectural and engineering services for Mantua Square in West Philadelphia, the redevelopment of the former Mantua Hall high-rise public housing project. The development of 101 new rental walk up apartments in three-story buildings surrounding private secure parking and a landscaped park also includes street level commercial space, a community room and managerial office. Seven hundred and eighty (780) roof-mounted solar voltaic panels produce 197,340 kwh annually reduce energy costs, while a rainwater harvesting system provides irrigation for the park.
