DVGBC's Green Map is an interactive tool that shows data about the green building industry in a map of the DVGBC region. Information about LEED certified and other green building projects, Energy Star buildings, schools, and DVGBC members and partners can be viewed in a number of different ways, including by county, legislative district, school district, and zip code. Data is updated on a quarterly basis. Green Map is available exclusively to DVGBC members through the DVGBC website.

The Fall Membership Drive begins next week and we could really use your help!
DVGBC’s existence depends on successful membership drives as a significant percentage of our funding comes from our members--this is, in part, what allows DVGBC to fulfill our mission as a nonprofit organization. We ask that all volunteers at DVGBC help with the drive, as we have a lot of calls to make! With multiple shifts available there are volunteer opportunities to fit anyone’s schedule!

Dear fellow DVGBC Members, In an effort to identify the various positions of leadership and the way in which members of the DVGBC transition into positions of leadership from their initial point of entry, we would greatly appreciate your feedback to the following: 1.) If you consider yourself in a position of leadership (and we all are to some extent), what is the leadership path you have taken to become more involved in your professional, personal, and/or DVGBC or USGBC work? For example, how did you start volunteering with DVGBC and USGBC?

We have four rooms available in the Baldwin Village Inn in Toronto for October 4, 5, 6 th (Tues-Thurs). It’s a lot cheaper than the conference hotel rooms (by half and again…it’s about $100/night) and much cozier (which also means communal bathrooms, but they’re very nice); real made to order breakfast included, and it’s close to lots of restaurants and in good proximately (long walk, short subway) to the conference. Outdoor patio and garden make it easy to relax outside as well.
