Here is a document I just created that lists Pennsylvania's loan and grant programs that are currently available for K-12 schools.  The loans and grants cover energy efficiency, green buildings, alternative fuels, and renewable energy projects.  DCIU was going to send this list to all of our attendees from the April 28th Green Schools Symposium.
