Evening educational programs take place in a variety of venues throughout the region. Program timing varies due to several factors including speaker schedule, event venue, and program type. Typical event formats include single, double and panels of speakers.

PowerPoint presentations are often used and participants are always encouraged to ask questions. Light appetizers are provided and networking time is typically included prior to the program's onset to allow session participants time to meet one another.
